After our review of the top 24 penis pumps in the US, the clear favorite was the Cosara Vacuum Penis Pump.

Sold by a smaller local American company that launched their innovative 3-way stimulation vibrator only a few months back, they have now come out with a penis pump that has taken the world by storm.

Over 78% of the candidates in our test group ranked the Cosara Vacuum in their number one spot when it came to pleasure. Unboxing it, the first thing we noticed was its sleek and modern design . It didn’t feel like some gimmicky novelty item, it actually looked and felt high-end. The medical-grade silicone was soft and smooth , and we liked the transparent chamber.

The first sensation was a slow, steady pull. Then came the five suction levels and six training modes . We cycled through each one, and let’s just say… there’s something for everyone. The suction created a firm grip, enhancing sensitivity almost immediately. But the real kicker? The vibration feature . When combined with the suction, it sent waves of pleasure that were next-level.

We committed to using the 3-stage stretching training over a few weeks to see if there were any noticeable improvements. By the end of testing, there was a clear difference in firmness and endurance . Blood flow seemed better, and let’s just say partners were indeed impressed. While size changes weren’t overnight, the pump’s ability to maximize and sustain full erections was a huge win.

In addition to all of this, they provide free shipping and a 30-day money-back guarantee in case you would be disappointed. If you’re looking for the absolute best product on the market, this is our top choice.

You’ve probably heard of Bathmate’s Hydromax series, and it’s popular for a good reason.

Bathmate utilizes water instead of air to alter the pressure of the pump, which makes it both more comfortable to use and easier to clean.

Ideal for penises between 5 to 7 inches long, the Hydromax7 is reportedly 35% more powerful than its predecessor thanks to the increased circumference of the base, whose textures give you better grip and sensation.

Our testers did note that they had to shut the valve properly to avoid water leakage, so that’s something to keep in mind. It’s not recommended for men who are girthier than 6.5 inches, otherwise it can cause slight bruising.

✓ What We Liked

  • Recommended for men who are in between 5 to 7 inches long, and no more than 6.5 inches in girth.
  • Textured vessels at the shaft and the base of the pump for grip and extra sensation.
  • Whisper-quiet operation for discreet use.
  • Waterproof design suitable for shower use.
  • Unique use of water instead of air for pressure.
  • 35% more powerful than its predecessor.

✕ Watch Out For

  • Valve can leak if not shut tight properly.
  • Limited colour options available.
  • Risk of bruising for men girthier than 6.5 inches.

Cal Exotics is known for constantly reinventing the landscape of sex toys for men. With their use of smart technology, they aim to take you to the finish line with the least amount of effort as possible.

The Advanced Smart Penis Pump has both a manual mode and a smart mode, and comes with interchangeable sleeves: a standard donut sleeve, and a stroker sleeve.

We enjoyed mix-and-matching the settings and the sleeves, and a majority of our testers agreed that the stroker sleeve on manual mode felt the best. But whenever we wanted the pump to do most of the work, we were more than happy to turn it on Smart mode and have it bring us to orgasm.

The pump is loaded with a bunch of features, settings and even exercises you can use to improve your stamina. It’s a great toy you’ll never get tired of.

✓ What We Liked

  • Great for a range of penis lengths as it goes up to 12.5 inches in size.
  • Offers great exercises to improve your stamina.
  • Interchangeable sleeves.
  • Quick-release valve for safety.

✕ Watch Out For

  • Battery drains quickly
  • Steeper learning curve due to advanced features.

Edge is a budget-friendly model that’s perfect for beginners.

For its price, the build is pretty high quality and the measurements on the pump makes it easy for you to track your gains. Up to 8 inches with a 1.25 inch opening, it’s great for average-sized dudes.

The handball pump fits easily to into one hand, and the silicone ring around the base increases pressure. Though we loved the measurements, it was kind of rendered useless because the pump itself is opaque in color, making it harder to see.

✓ What We Liked

  • Budget-friendly and easy to use.
  • Powerful suction.
  • Control your own pressure with the pump.
  • Good value for money.

✕ Watch Out For

  • Bulkier than other penis pumps, making it less portable.
  • Not the quietest penis pump.

Similar to Tracey Cox, the Excelsior offers a smart, hands-free option that saves your preferred settings.

It comes with a Real Skin stroker sleeve that stimulates oral sex. For such a versatile, electronic pump, we thought it’d have a bit of a learning curve because of all the features it offers, but it was surprisingly easy to use right out of the box.

Each button has a straightforward icon meant for different functions, and it has a readable LCD screen that keeps track of your gains.

Our biggest problem with this penis pump, however, is that it’s not waterproof.

✓ What We Liked

  • LCD screen shows air pressure, battery and pumping level.
  • Quiet operation allows for discreet usage.
  • Comes with stroker sleeve for added male masturbator feature.

✕ Watch Out For

  • More expensive than other models in the market
  • Not waterproof.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the #1 best penis pump in 2026?

After hands-on panel testing across material safety, motor consistency, noise level, and overall value, the Cosara Pump Up Automatic Vacuum Pump earned our #1 overall grade (A+, 9.8/10), followed by the Bathmate Hydromax7 as luxury runner-up.

What materials are safest for penis pumps?

Always choose non-porous, medical-grade platinum-cured silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass, or surgical stainless steel. Avoid porous PVC, jelly rubber, or unverified TPE blends unless paired with a barrier and dedicated toy cleaner.

Which lubricant should I use with silicone penis pumps?

Use a high-quality water-based lubricant with all silicone devices. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade platinum-cured silicone surfaces over time, causing tackiness or micro-pitting.

Do orders from Cosara and major wellness brands ship discreetly?

Yes. Cosara ships every order in plain, unbranded outer packaging with a neutral sender name on both the shipping label and billing statement, backed by free shipping and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
